Our pricing starts at $375 per hour for Marvin and $275 per hour for Whitney. However, total pricing depends on your mobile bar choice, guest count, drink menu, add-ons, and the level of service you’d like for you and your guests. Pricing does not include the cost of alcohol. No. New Jersey State law prohibits us from purchasing alcohol for private events or selling alcohol from our mobile bars. As a result, clients are responsible for purchasing alcohol for their private events.

Through our initial consultation meeting we will work with you to determine what types of alcohol (liquor, wine, beer), how much to order, and logistics for getting it to your event prior.

Travel fees are included up to 10 miles round trip from zip code 07079. $2.50 per mile (each way) will be charged for events beyond the 10 mile radius. This accounts for the gas, tolls, and time it takes to party with you and your guests. Clients will be responsible for any required venue, parking, or city permits.

Our mobile bars need to have room to park on private property (not on the street), and there must be plenty of room for both the truck and trailer to pull through and/or turn around. Marvin, our larger trailer, is 14' (L) x 7' (W) x 10' (H). Whitney, our smaller, self-serve trailer is 12' (L) x 5.5' (W) x 6' (H). Our trailers also require flat ground for setup and service. We also need access to a power outlet within 50 feet of the mobile bar.

Our base quote is for at least 30 people for 3 hours minimum. We can service parties that are less than that but our quote will be for the base minimum.

We can absolutely do mocktails for your event but it does not change the pricing. Although there isn't any alcohol being added, mocktails still require most of the materials and ingredients included in our packages to create the perfect drink. For other non-alcoholic beverages such as hot chocolate or coffee, please inquire via info@grapevinemobilebar.com.

We can arrive at least 1 hour before your event start time. This gives us plenty of time to setup the mobile bar, prepare any specialty cocktails or set up any add-ons you've requested.

While our mobile bars come decorated with simple floral arrangements and other visual props, we can absolutely work with you to decorate further to match your event theme. Any decorations that will not damage the trailer can be used (no nails, non-removable adhesives, etc). Additional floral and balloon arrangements can be added for an extra fee.

Yes. However, this option is only available for our corporate and restaurant partnerships.

Yes. The photo booth is available for stand alone bookings.

Yes. A 50% deposit along with a signed client services agreement is required to secure your date. The remaining amount will be due 10 business days prior to your event along with final guest count and any approved changes.

Yes, we carry general liability insurance.
