Our mission is to partner with our clients to elevate their drinking experiences, create new memories with our mobile bars, and build community along the way.

How Our Process Works...

  • Fill out our online request form to share your event details. We’ll need some info like date, location, and guest count to start working on a preliminary service estimate
  • We’ll create a package and send you an initial quote and service agreement. If you want to move forward we’ll set up a 30 minute introductory call. Prepare to discuss drink preferences, add-ons, and other details.
  • Lock in your event date with a deposit.
  • Ongoing planning of your event. We will contact you regularly and continue to advise on the drink menu, your alcohol purchase (if applicable), and other logistics as we get closer.
  • Your event date is here! We'll show up at your location 1-2 hours prior for setup and prep. Then...let the party begin!

    We use the freshest ingredients, premium products, and professional-grade equipment to create memorable drinks, including mocktails, hot chocolate, and kids’ beverages! We also partner with local distributors to bring you top craft beers and wine. Let's hop on a call to plan for your next event!

    Meet the Owners
    Chade & Sebastien

    The Grapevine Mobile Bar Co. is an extension of the love we have for entertaining and building community. We put our customer service backgrounds together with our fascination of wine & spirits and decided to bring the bar to friends and neighbors alike. The result? An amazing service that anyone can enjoy and create memories from.

    Sebastien is an entrepreneur, husband, dad, artist, and corporate HR executive & coach. He values principles around leadership, driving others to succeed, and the power of diversity. Oh, and he loves Bourbon! Chade is an entrepreneur, former sales professional, wife, mom, sparkling rosé enthusiast, and champion of all things community-building. She is an avid gardener and grows some of the fresh garnishes we use in our mobile bars. Currently residents of South Orange, NJ, Sebastien & Chade are originally from Brooklyn, NY and have two children.
